Your order will be processed in 1 to 3 days. It ships via FedEx to the United States only. Delivery times vary by distance from Boulder, Colorado. Shipping costs are calculated by the total cost of the order, ranging from $8.00 to $10.00. Expedited shipping is available at a flat rate of $17.00.
Return Policy:
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 21 days of purchase date.
- Full returns for refund are acceptable only if posters are returned in their original condition.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- A $5.00 inventory fee will apply to each returned poster. This is because ordered posters are printed on demand and not kept in a regular inventory.
- You may exchange a poster for a different design of any size. You are responsible for the difference in cost (if applicable), as well as shipping charges and the inventory fee for the returned posters.
- All refunds will be made after applicable fees are deducted from the transaction.
If you received your posters in poor condition (probably due to mishandling during shipping), an exchange will be made at no cost, except the return postage from you to me. Please email me directly and return the damaged poster to receive the exchange.

Order canceling:
You may cancel your order for a full refund if I have not yet printed your posters. It typically takes me 1 to 3 days to process the order and print the poster to ship. If your order is already printed but I haven't shipped it, a $5.00 inventory fee will be deducted from your refund. So if you want to cancel, contact me quickly.

Colorado residents will be charged a tax rate of 8.16%. Out of state orders are tax exempt.

Your shopping cart can be accessed by clicking on the "View Cart" button on each page of the 'store' section of CampSteve.com. To put posters in your cart, choose your preferred size and click the 'Add To Cart' button.

Your items are displayed within the cart and the subtotal is tallied at the bottom. You can edit the quantities by changing the "1", then updating by clicking on the blue, circular arrows. You may delete an item by clicking a trashcan.
When you're ready to make your purchase, select "Checkout Now" at the top of the cart. You will be taken to a secure checkout page to review and complete the transaction.
